Traveled 3 hours to this Vet Clinic with 2 dogs.
The place was very easy to find, receptionist very efficient and friendly so was the rest of the personnel and I was impressed at the level of expertise the Vet Dr. had.
Very knowledgeable, took her time explaining procedures, giving options and showed love for all animals.
Cost was very reasonable.
They communicate very efficiently.
It sure was worth the long trip.
I will continue to use her services in the future.

We've taken our fur babies to Vet Friendly twice now. They have an excellent MVZ and team. Dr. Montoya is awesome, thorough, and provides excellent care, options, and explanations. Her staff provide some of the best customer care and communication I've ever experienced in all my years of being a dog owner. We drive three hours each way when we need dog care-- most recently testing tumors/lumps, teeth cleaning, and one tooth removed. They always offer to clip nails while under sedation, and they provide blood work and all test results promptly via WhatsApp. I don't speak/read much Spanish, but it's easy to get reports translated on line. Plus we enjoy walking around the local zoo, shops, museums, and of course Chinese food while waiting. There's parking out front, and it's easy to get there from the border crossing via main thoroughfares. Pro tip-- have ChatGPT or similar run you a check list if you're visiting from the US. that way you have everything you need for your visit (include downloading Mexicali area map for offline use). Thanks Vet Friendly!!!!

I drove over 6 hours one way from Las Vegas to bring my dogs to this vet—and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you're anywhere in the U.S. and thinking about coming here, this is the place. All three of my dogs loved it here. The level of care was absolutely unmatched—gentle, thorough, and truly compassionate.

On top of that, I saved over $2,000 USD compared to what I would’ve paid locally, and the quality was far better. The pricing, the communication, the whole experience—it was smooth and professional from start to finish.

She’s officially my vet now, and I’ll be making this trip whenever my dogs need anything. Totally worth it.

Excelente servicio, llevo a mis perritos a estética 100% recomiendo a Eliza!
Mantienen comunicación contigo en todo momento, muy amables en recepción y la médico responde todas tus dudas ❤️

Best care, best experience.
We traveled from the Joshua Tree, CA area to have two of our dogs treated. One needed teeth cleaning and a the other needed a series of tests for a tumor on his ankle. They treated both dogs with love and compassion. We are looking forward to going back for our follow up appointment.

Great staff. Walked in, no appointment, and they were able to fit me in. Great exhorting!!
